Itinerary

Your Creative Holiday
Immerse yourself in daily workshops that blend discovery and practice. We'll venture into the spring landscape, sketchbooks at the ready, then return to our studio to develop your skills and personal style.
Working with watercolours, inks, pens, collage papers and traditional print making, Lino and Intaglio, you'll explore new materials and techniques while recording the high mountain light, blooming wildflowers, and the arrival of the first swallows. All materials are provided, though you're welcome to bring work-in-progress and your favourite supplies.
Beyond the studio, we'll visit hot springs, wander forest paths, discover ancient architecture and explore local markets – all inspiration for your creative journey.

Rest & Rejuvenation
Your days will include gentle yoga sessions and time for quiet reflection, helping you absorb and consolidate your creative discoveries. The slower pace allows for both artistic growth and genuine rest.
Accomodation
You will stay in one of our three beautiful stone gites, each with its own kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace.
Catering using local organic produce is provided so that you can concentrate on your work. Our area has a patchwork of small producers making mountain cheeses, with fruit and vegetables from organic market gardens on the plains. Not forgetting the famous wines of the Languedoc Roussillon from nearby vineyards. This is a region proud of its producers - and we will make sure you will sample local and seasonal foods. Each day starts with a self-service breakfast, a picnic or traditional lunch (depending on activities) and ends with dinner. Bread and snacks will be available.

Lisa
Art for me is like alchemy, I love that you can create wonderful things out of the everyday, its about seeing things differently, time to reflect, and you never stop learning.
I love teaching, I love supporting people on their own creative journeys and I am very experienced in teaching all abilities and levels.
I live in West Yorkshire and have been teaching Art and Design for over 20 years.

Beate
